Using PureVPN for my shopify store

I’m facing a technical issue with my Shopify store where we sell baby products online in the Middle Eastern market. My developer has noticed that whenever she connects through PureVPN while working on the theme editor, the changes made to the theme are not reflected or updated on the live preview or store front.

We’ve tested this with different VPN locations and connections, and the issue only seems to occur with this specific store, other client stores we manage on Shopify using the same VPN setup work perfectly fine.

PureVPN provides stable speeds and connections, so we don’t believe it’s a network performance issue. It seems like something specific to this store or its session caching behavior when accessed via VPN. Any advise on how we can resolve it?
